Daily Report, Nov 3: India’s Do-or-die Moment Arrives in T20 World Cup 2021

4 mins read

India’s qualification for the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup 2021 is no longer entirely in their control. So all they can focus on are their controllables, the first step of which will be to beat Afghanistan by a good margin today.

India’s top-order, including skipper Virat Kohli, were seen having extended batting sessions in the nets ahead of the big game. Meanwhile, Suryakumar Yadav had an extended fitness drill to recover from his back injury and be ready to take that no. 4 spot again.

All eyes will also be on the afternoon game between New Zealand and Scotland. Another match that can have a big impact on the group’s outcome.
